Huawei unveiled its first tablet with water protection level IP67. The model is called Honor WaterPlay.
The tablet is equipped with 10.1-inch display with a resolution of QXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels), fingerprint scanner in home button, 8-megapixel main camera, stereo speakers with technology Histen 3D and harman / kardon. The hardware basis became eight-core processor Kirin 659, 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of internal flash memory expandable with cards of the format microSD up to 256 GB. The battery has a capacity of 6660 mAh.
The work is produced under the Android operating system 7.0 Nougat with shell EMUI 5.1. Dimensions are 248 x 173 x 7.8 mm and weighs 465 grams. Supports 4G LTE (optional) Wi-Fi (802.11 ac), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, USB Type-C and a 3.5 mm audio Jack.
Tablet Huawei Honor WaterPlay is presented in silver and gold colors at price from 303 to 410 USD, depending on configuration. Sales in China will start October 24.
